Thym et laurier<\/p>\n<p>Amener \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, baisser le feu et laisser cuire pendant 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Faire bouillir \u00e0 nouveau le court-bouillon et d\u00e9poser les poissons, pr\u00e9alablement vid\u00e9s . couper le feu, couvrir la cocotte et laisser les poissons refroidir tranquillement.<\/p>\n<p>Les poissons seront parfaits, a d\u00e9guster avec une petite vinaigrette dans laquelle on ajoute de l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote hach\u00e9e et du persil plat. Un peu de sel et de poivre.
