V\u00e9rifier la cuisson.<\/p>\n<p><b>P<\/b>asser les pommes de terre au presse-pur\u00e9e avec l&rsquo;ail, all\u00e9ger la pur\u00e9e avec un peu de lait et 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A<\/strong>jouter un bon morceau de beurre, bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p><b>R<\/b>\u00e2per un peu de noix de muscade, saler et poivrer.
