Un d\u00e9lice<\/p>\n<p>Ouvrir les coeurs et les d\u00e9graisser.\u00a0( un peu )<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9voir 4 \u00e0 5 coeurs par brochette.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le barbecue ou sous le gril du four<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9poser les brochettes et bien dorer de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ne pas trop les cuire pour qu&rsquo;ils restent tendres.
