Faire bouillir, \u00e9cumer, laisser cuire 3 \u00e0 4 minutes \u00e0 feu vif.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e9rifier la cuisson. D\u00e9poser une goutte de gel\u00e9e sur une assiette froide en la tenant verticalement. La goutte doit s&rsquo;arr\u00eater tr\u00e8s rapidement&#8230;..
